After obtaining a certificate as a Palliative Care Volunteer assisting the elderly in a long-term care facility, I didn't feel I was doing enough.  Seeing the cost of long-term care for all ages, not just the elderly, having two of my siblings pass away due to cancer, my grandmother with Alzheimer's prior to passing on, and being a single parent raising my children on my own, I saw and understand the financial risk of life events.  I am now happily re-married.

I became a licensed Financial Advisor to assist people to manage their financial risk through life events such as marriage, children, education, retirement, estate planning. My only regret is that I did not learn what I know, earlier in life.
